    non co-operation from matunga br.staff members like pramod etc.
    not issuing coins once in month also we need 1,2 & 5 rs coin of rs.10000 per month but refused give by bank staff.they divert coins to others as we request so many times but not giving
    very roudh behaviour of mr.pramod
    we regret to say as you claim that it is frindly bank
    please do the needful.we are patronage coustomer from 1992.but from last two yrs bank has not the good and caliber staff in matunga branch except 2-3 people
