Facilities Employee can receive:

• The Provident Fund account of the employee can be transferred to any part of the country.
• The employees get the chance to avail the insurance benefit. The premiums of the life insurance policy are payable yearly.
• The employee can withdraw the EPF amount at any point of time to fulfill his dream. But, only after completion of 5 years of membership, the employee makes use of the amount.

    I retired as Associate Director from AstraZeneca on the 1st April 2011. My PF was promptly settled with in a few months. But I donot know what has happened to my pension. I have not heard anything since I retired. It is more than 3 years. I do not know what I need to do to initiate it. I talked to one of the PF officials and he keeps telling me that he has spoken to concerned official and he will deliberate it soon.
    Will some one responsible at least tell me what is going on. An earlier letter written to this office was not replied at all. I am a resident at Sanjaynagar, Bangalore

    Worst service, customer care line is not getting connected, when call the direct line 080-25733817 they pick up the call and they dont speak a word and just keep it aside, i hate this service……………

    The worst service seen in the government from the department which says it will look after the future fund of the employees. Pathetic, disgusting and lousy service of the customer care of the department.

    My PF account no is BGBNG00424230000001279, I have applied for claim and submitted the necessary forms and in the website (http://epfoservices.in/claim_status) it shows as Claim Form 19 and 10 C has been settled. Payment sent through NEFT. But I didn’t get the amount credited on my bank account. Please check and do the needful.

    I have tried both Bangalore & Mysore EPF offices to contact customer care numbers from morning to evening. No one had lifted the phones. They kept on ringing for ever. It is not only one day but also many days many times. WHAT A PATHETIC SITUATION. Who will check and monitor this? In private companies the employees retires at the age of 60 years.They work very hard ,perform better to take the salaries every month. They will not get any pension from the companies after retirement.Where as The Government staff(Not all but 90%of the staff) never work but get very high salaries on exact dates.Working/Performing and getting money is called “SALARY”. Non-Working/Not performing and getting money is called “PENSION”. So, most of the Govt. Staff is getting the “PENSION-100%” from the day one of their appointment for which Govt.appreciates them and give “PENSION 40-50% on their retirement. Due to this worst culture, 10% of the excellent, hardworking,honest Govt.staff demotivated / discouraged. Iam afraid whether my country is marching ahead really? I mean are we going Forward or backward.What is the use of young population of 120 crore ? out of which 90% of Govt.employees never work and sleeps in the Day itself. Apart from this Day sleep….You go home and sleep again in the Night after the dinner.If we are like this….what about our children(Next Generation)? They learn from us sleep like Kumbha Karnas. You are all my Brothers & sisters to me.I like you all. I love you all being Indian.Please get-up from the sleep and attend at least 10 phone calls out of 100. Please utilise the Gods given strength for our people sake,for our state sake and our country sake.THINK ONCE WHAT YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO YOUR STATE AND COUNTRY PEOPLE WHO HAS PROVIDED JOB.
    Like me how many crores of people suffering in the state and country without even a single line of phone calls lifted .Iam your Customer. Customers are called Kings.You have a Govt.job to serve Public. Thats why all Govt.employees are called Public servants. Being a customer,Iam begging/requesting like a servant to lift the call. But the so called public servants are acting like Kings.The whole fundamental ethics have been reversed here.What is the meaning and purpose of CUSTOMER CARE SERVICES ? You are suppose to serve and take care of your Customer.Thats why the Customer care Service Dept.established and thereby you got the job there.I have tried,tried, tried your PF office numbers and fead-up. Like me there are crores of people suffering. Dont you think it is bad. We are all human beings depending each other. We do mistakes certainly.But, Let us realise the mistake,feel bad about it and start lifting the phones and say hello to your own brothers and sisters in the form of Customers.I too Pray God to bless you all with Good thinking,Hard working, Hones qualities to make our India Proud. Let us say Indian Govt.employees are the Best Employees among all other 220 countries in the World.We as a Customer clap at you,praise at you appreciate you all the time. If ONE employees understands my sorrows/difficulties is enough who can serve at least 10 customers a day.I wanted to thank you all being read,understood positively without any egos.I feel happy to see all the appreciation comments in this page as ,GOOD, BETTER,BEST ,EXCELLENT etc., But, never to see WORST.

    Its VERY VERY WORST SERVICE I have every seen, I kept calling for 13 days, NONE on the call picked, I am not sure WHAT THE HELL IS OUR GOVERNMENT PEOPLE DOING, THERE SOME THING THEY SHOULD BE SHAMED ATLEAST FOR THEIR SALARY THEY ARE TAKING.

    Its a very very worst service, they proved they are really a govt employees..no response on calls, calling from a week daily more than 50 times…..before having communication with P.F employees, i thought govt staff also working now..but they proved they are a govt employees by not responding mails nor lifting the calls….Indian govt employees are really great..
