    • Mobikwik is fraud. Tell this to your friends as well
      I have made one top up recharge using mobikwik site.
      But am not getting any confirmation message from telecom service provider and money are transferred to mobikwik wallet.
      I tried it multiple times but no luck. Also i tried to contact customer care but no response from them !
      It seems mobikwik site is fraud.
      Please dont use this site for any online recharge and please block such a bullshit site !!

    I had added Rs. 758 in mobikwik account as i needed to pay my postpaid bill.
    At the time of paying, amount has been deducted from my mobikwik account,but the money has not been paid towards my bill.

  14. I have raised two tickets regarding my wallet being not updated. I paid 100 rupees on Monday and it has been over 48 hours since my wallet not updated. Raised two tickets. Still no sign of measures have been taken from your part.

    I sent this amount to mobikwik, but sun direct is not working. I asked them about the payment but they are saying that they didn’t still receive the amount.Why you didn’t still sent the payment to sun direct account? The toll free NO.

    I have made bill payment of Rs.128 of airtel postpaid no 8600104847 through mobikwik site on 15/01/2015 and transaction id is 14212498065988. My credit card is debited by the same amount but the same amount not reflected in my airtel above mentioned no. till date.

    Please resolve my problem and please credit the amount and revert me.

    I still don’t see 1000/- on my wallet which is depressing. I had also raised 3 tickets for the same issue and till not I haven’t seen any one contacted me on my pending payment which should reflect on my wallet.

    I need my problem to be fixed on top priority or else I would be forced to take this matter to the consumer forum as I have all the details with me.

  28. Bad experience Recharge mobile for Rs 500/=on 10th jan2015 balance not transferred . neither amount reverted nor recharged mobile . Action has not been taken till now even three four complaint tickets booked . I think mobikwik is a cheating company . customer support is not responding .

    so i request to you kindly cancel the said
