State Bank of Hyderabad was established as Hyderabad State Bank in the year 1941. It was recognized on 8.8.1941 under Hyderabad State Bank Act, 1941. The Bank was commenced with a particular characteristic feature of being the central bank of the previous State of Hyderabad. It also included existing Telangana region of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad-Karnataka of Karnataka and Marathwada of Maharashtra. The very first branch was opened at Gunfoundry, Hyderabad 5th April, 1942.     My cif no. is 72214226396.I have opened my SB a\c on 25/02/2015.I have requested for Netbanking,Cheque book,ATM Debit card while opening the account it self.I have received my Debitcard on 09/04/2015.When enquired for cheque book i was told that chq facility was not activated and I was asked to give a REQUEST letter for Cheque book.I have given that and was told that with in one week I will receive the chq book.But I have NOT received till date and also not received the net banking passwords & pin number. I wish the needful may be done and the chq book n netbanking pin n passwords will be sent at the earliest.
