    Dear Sir,
    I have 5 Tata Sky at my home & I am fed up of your service & fraudulent activities. My customer ID no is 1000284724. My ordeal started on 22nd April, 2015 when I decided to have a tata sky HD box as I am unable to view channels on the old set top box. I decided to call customer care & make a request through no : 138733069800. The executive said in order to take the request of HD box I would need to get the older box activated even though I can’t view any channels on it so he activated it & claimed I would get a set top box installed on the very same day or maximum by next day. No one came on 23rd. On 24th too nobody came so I decided to call to customer care & make another request & they replied “someone would attend shortly, i.e., within 4 hours”: No one did! However the next day a technician call, his no being 9156405782. He ONLY ASKED ABOUT ADDRESS & told me that we would visit shortly. After that, there was no communication whatsoever and on the same day at 7.34 PM I receive a message that my request has been cancelled! So now I have started being charged for all channels that I can’t even view! I immediately opened the complaint again by having a word with Pawan, this time my complaint no being 138823633681. Also spoke to their senior Mr Praveen & explained him the entire issue that how the request was being cancelled & the waiver (as i was being charged for service I wasn’t even using because of the inefficency of team of TATA SKY). On 25th, I also spoke to deepika who said Mr chotan cancelled the request giving the reason that my TV wasn’t compatible. Who does he know I don’t have a compatible TV? Who asked me? (i have a 100% compatible TV & also a HD projector!). ON both calls I was assured that someone would attend me within 24 hours. No one attended on 26th April & on 27th My request was cancelled again! I made a New request made on call to Nitesh Kumar who promised I would receive service within 24 hours. My request was again cancelled on 28th April at 10.38 PM ! I again made a request which was again cancelled on 30th April! On 2nd May I got a call from the confirmation department & I spoke to Suhail & informed him that I had made several requests, all of which were being cancelled on no grounds. He said action would be taken but nothing has happened. Since then I haven’t made any requests. They don’t even take complaints against such cases. It’s just a meaningless feedback procedure which is never executed. I have wasted over 4 hours of being on call (accumulated) including the ones which got disconnected for which there is no record. From 22nd April I have been making requests & being charged for services EVEN NOW that I am not using! And all of this AT THE POINT OF INSTALLATION, imagine how would it be if the problem was more severe. The reason given to me was I told the executive that my TV is compatible, it’s all false on several grounds:

    1. The technician called me just once i.e. on 25th April & never after that.
    2. He never asked me about the TV. Only asked about address & claimed he would come.
    3. Later, he didn’t even call so what was the reason to cancel 3 more requests?
    4. To most customer care executives I spoke I mentioned I can have a TATA sky HD box with an incompatible TV or even with NO TV, it’s not their loss if I am ready to pay even for the sake of discussion (which isn’t true).

    TATA SKY is not obliging me for anything. I was paying for the service I used & now I am not being given services & even being charged for it. Unfortunately all this experience from a company which belongs to an ethical entrepreneur like Mr Ratan Tata, very very unfortunate & heartbreaking! I am on the verge of filing a complaint & ready to take this case to the court. I want complete explaination of why the complaints were cancelled with full explainations & a heavy compensation. Every body here knows what a torture it is waiting for 15 mins & explaining their case again & again only to experience the same. You can not ignore the torture. I urge everyone to mail me with their complaints & form a cartel to take the cases forward. Also my no is mentioned below.

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    This is to inform you that after taking followup from last 12 days, still relocation has not been done by your executives.

    So many times i called up but there is no response from customer care.

    Shall i consider this as TATA is no more a trust worthy organisation or i consider that TATA wants to shutdown their DTH operations.
