India Habitat Centre Delhi Contact Number
India Habitat Centre (IHC) is a convention centre based at New Delhi, India. It holds seminars and conferences to develop an incorporated physical environment in which diverse professions and institutions would work together and resolve habitat related problems in a coordinated manner. It promotes awareness habitat related environmental issues. This multipurpose building was started in the year 1993. HUDCO (Housing and Urban Development Corporation), a public agency, invited non-profit organisations to share their concerns. It co-hosted the first Habitat Summit with the Urban Habitats Forum, a professional civil society initiative spreads multi-disciplinary public awareness and educational programs to foster positive change in society. The centre also hosts the Delhi Photo Festival every two years. It’s been organising at IHC since 2011.
