Respected Sir / Madam,
This is to keep you informed that yesterday evening (i.e. 29-04-2015) I purchased Symphony Air cooler Strom 70 I from one of your dealer in Hyderabad.
As per dealer he said today (i.e. 30-04-2015) it will delivered to my residence.
Hence as per promise it got delivered in evening around 8:20PM.
Once I received this product I’m very much happy, once I open the pack it is fine.
Issues with this Symphony Air Cooler:
1. Its just worked for 5 mins then its got off & not working.
2. Unable to fix wheels in this cooler.
3. Power is coming, but total Symphony Air cooler Completely it is not working.
Request you to kindly look into this do needful towards my issue as on priority.
