YESTERDAY I RECHARGED WITH RS.50 AND I HAD A VERY SHORT CALL YESTERDAY AND TODAY MORNING BUT ALL MY BALANCE IN MY ACCOUNT SHOWS ZERO AND EVEN I TRIED TO CALL COSTUMER CARE SERVICE FOR A COMPLIANT BUT IT DOSEN’T HAVE COSTUMER CARE EXECUTIVE TO WHOM I CAN TELL MY PROBLEM…NOW I AM REGRETTING HAVING THIS AIRCEL……WORST SERVICE NO HOPE
Sir, main kaal (18th june 2015)ko 30 rupee ka recharge kiya tha per aaj sube dekha ki balance srif3.27 p hai .kisi ko call v nehi kiya..kuchh v activet nehi ki. Fir aapne ap keise kat dete hen balance.. rupiya income karne ka tarika bahat achha hai..per yaad rakh na ye hume aage nehi pichhe hi leta hai…….kripiya mera balance return kar dijiye …warna aap ke paise kaha kahan se niklenge…wo to sirf bhagwan hi janta he……
